About
A registered staff nurse for 10 years, Jessica Austin worked primarily in medical/surgical services at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. In 2020, she received her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Binghamton University, where she previously received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2010. As a nurse practitioner and registered nurse first assistant, Jessica worked with Neurosurgery Services of CMA before joining Cayuga Surgical Specialists in early 2022. A native of northeastern Pennsylvania, and a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in biology, she and her husband have called Ithaca their home since 1997, where they are raising two children.
